About Us

Jump on the Short Bus!

‘Sped Kid’ tells the story of twelve-year-old Adam, a scrappy city kid with failing vision who faces seemingly insurmountable obstacles. In 1984 Boston, a city riven by violence and segregation, Adam finds himself at a woefully underfunded public school. With the help of his new disabled friends, Adam fights the status quo and proves they are not invisible.
